Who are the Residential Advisors?

Residential Advisors have been appointed to provide community and social leadership within the College. Each corridor has a Residential Advisor (known as an RA) living on it. You will find them helpful and friendly and able to assist you as you adjust to College life. They have responsibilities in the following areas:

  • Resident welfare
  • Administration
  • Leadership

RAs can mentor you to develop good study habits and time management skills, and will help you access academic support if you need it. RAs are also trained in First Aid and Fire Training.

RAs run “Corridor functions” once a term, to enable residents within and between corridors to become acquainted. Attendance at these functions is highly recommended if you wish to make good friends within your corridor.
