EXECUTIVE RESIDENTIAL STAFF (ERS)
At Lincoln, Executive Residential Staff members, including our Dean of Students, Senior Academic Tutor and Senior Residential Advisor live on site to ensure support is available at any time and never too far away.
Our Dean, Dr Jordan Bell, a trained Clinical Psychologist, has a PhD in resilience and expertise in adolescent and young adult mental health.
They are collectively responsible for the academic, social, spiritual and physical wellbeing of all residents.
There are two teams of students that assist in these processes: the Residential Advisors and the Academic Tutors.

All staff at Lincoln are committed to helping you reach your full academic and personal potential and are keen to help you succeed even after you graduate.

RESIDENTIAL ADVISORS
At the core of our wellbeing focus are our Residential Advisors, who look after the corridor that they live on.
Living among other residents provides the Residential Advisors on the ground knowledge of issues residents might be experiencing.
They are trained in leadership, community building, mental and physical first aid, sexual assault prevention training, conflict resolution, equal opportunity and fire safety to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every student at Lincoln.
The Indigenous Advisor also plays an important role in mentoring all students.
