Lincoln college students and property manager celebrating.

Lincoln College Reaches Full Capacity With 214 Students In 2025

Lincoln College is flourishing, reaching full capacity in 2025 with 214 students and no vacant rooms remaining.

To accommodate the growing demand for student accommodation in Adelaide, the college has undertaken significant renovations on the second floor of the Keith Murray Building (KMB 2), bringing long-unused rooms back to life after 11 years.

The renovations included fresh paint, new carpets, updated curtains, and modern cupboards, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for students. Many of the newest residents for 2025 now call this revitalised area home, marking a new chapter for the college community.

A special thank you goes to Property Manager Mark Dignan, who worked tirelessly over the summer to ensure the rooms were ready for the students’ arrival. His dedication and hard work have played a key role in making this expansion possible.

We are incredibly excited to welcome our new students into this beautifully renovated space and look forward to another fantastic year at Lincoln College.
