Governance

The governance of Lincoln College is entrusted to the College Board, a distinguished and diverse body that reflects the institution’s rich heritage and community.

The Board comprises representatives from the Uniting Church – formed in 1977 through the union of the Methodist, Congregationalist, and Presbyterian Churches – as well as members from universities, and current and former collegians. This broad representation ensures a robust and inclusive approach to strategic decision-making.

To guide the College’s direction, the Board operates through specialised sub-committees dedicated to formulating policies that shape Lincoln’s future. Meanwhile, the Head of College oversees the day-to-day management of financial operations, infrastructure and administrative functions, ensuring seamless execution of the Board’s vision.
